The Westchester Food Pantry is gearing up for its annual Yard Sale Extravaganza!
High-quality unwanted household goods will be turned into food for our neighbors in need. Clean out your closets, cabinets, garages and basements…your donations can make a difference in our communities. All donations are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. The sale will be held June 1, 2 and 3 at the Westchester Community Church.
We CAN accept the following items in high-quality, good used condition:
- Children’s books only
- Purses and wallets
- Backpacks and luggage
- Toys, games and puzzles
- Baby items (small items)
- Tools (manual and power)
- Camping equipment
- Small electronics (radios, CD players, DVD players, mp3 players, tablets)
- CDs, DVDs, records
- Home decor and artwork
- Kitchen items and utensils
- Gardening supplies
- Craft/hobby items
- Vintage collectibles
- Office supplies
- Pet items/equipment
- Antiques/memorabilia
- Sporting goods
- Party supplies
- Jewelry
- Compact exercise equipment
- Picture frames and photo albums
- Vases and candles
- Video consoles and games
We CANNOT accept:
- Large furniture (couches, mattresses, box springs, etc.)
- Hazardous materials
- Televisions
- Computer monitors
- Automobile parts
- Construction materials

- Large appliances (refrigerators, stoves, furnaces, etc.)
- Clothing or shoes
- Golf clubs and bags
- Stuffed animals
- Adult books
- Reference books
- Encyclopedias or magazines

- China/Dining ware
- Christmas trees
- VHS or cassette tapes
