Annual Souper Bowl Fundraiser
Souper Bowl 2024 will be on February 3, 2024
The “Souper Bowl” is the Westchester Food Pantry’s largest fundraising event of the year. To be held Saturday,
February 3, 2024 at the Westchester Park District Community Center, this event brings the community together to
share in local food, prizes, and friendship, all while raising much needed funds for the pantry. Approximately 16
local restaurants will be submitting a signature soup for guests to sample and pick their favorite. Additional
refreshments, live entertainment, raffle prizes, and silent auction items, are also included in the event. Since 2019,
the Souper Bowl has raised over $46,000 for our neighbors in need and it has become one of the signature
community events for the local community.
In Illinois alone, over 1.2 million people, including 1 in 8 children – face food insecurity. By supporting this annual
community event, you will be directly impacting the well-being of your neighbors in need.

Food Pantry with approximately $10 of buying power through the Greater Chicago Food Depository for every $1
donated.

levels range from the $500 Bronze sponsorship to our $5000 Platinum sponsorship. The
Platinum sponsor will be given the exclusive opportunity to promote the event as the primary
sponsor: 2024 Westchester Food Pantry Souper Bowl, Presented by “Your Company.” Other
details of sponsorship benefits and opportunities are included in the sponsorship materials.
All the money raised, including from your tax deductible donation, will be used to support our
effort to end hunger in the communities we serve.
